The Lemon Migrant is
ubiquitous throughout
most of Asia and occurs in at least six different seasonal colour forms caused by variations in day-length during the caterpillar stage. The forms usually seen in Butterfly Houses are creamy white with a yellow flush and a pair of small silvery spots on the underside. They breed readily in tropical glasshouse conditions, the caterpillars feeding on Cassia.
